here so it’ll be easy to figure out just which plan is best for you.

———£50 Juno ———

Juno, the cheapest of our options, is what most would call your basic package.  As is standard for all our packages, we charge a $95 installation fee and offer unlimited data with a 1-month contract. For Juno specifically, you get a set-up scheduled within 14 days.  Your upload and download speeds will also be capped at 150 MB/s, that’s megabytes per second.  Most files and documents would take less than a minute to download at these speeds while smaller audio and video files might take five.  Juno also has a 35:1 contention ratio.  This means that you’ll be ‘sharing’ this connection with 35 others.  This shouldn’t affect you much but could result in your speeds being hindered slightly.  Lastly, support is offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Juno is best for smaller businesses or those that need reliable internet but don’t expect to be using it daily for online conferences or downloading high-res videos.

———£65 Eugenia ———

Eugenia is our most popular plan.  The installation fee remains the same, as does the data and the contract while your scheduled set-up time is moved to being within 7 days.  Upload and download speeds are also improved to our maximum of 350 MB/s.  In other words, you’ll be downloading those files over twice as fast and you’ll be able to do a lot more with your internet.  With Eugenia, your contention ratio is also better at 20:1.  As for customer service and support, you’ll be given prioritisation compared to those with Juno, while hours remain the same at 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M Monday through Friday. As you can see, Eugenia is a big step up when compared to Juno and has a lot to offer for being only our second package.  It’s best for average-sized businesses that are looking to do a variety of things through the internet.

———£80 Aurora ———

Aurora is where things start to step up.  Installation, data, and speeds remain the same, but the contention ratio goes down to only 10:1.  This lowers the chance that your speeds will be hindered by nearby businesses.  Your support package also gets a boost at 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. hours still Monday through Friday. Best for businesses that might be using the internet more heavily throughout, Aurora has a lot to offer if you’re concerned about lower speeds.

———£120 Herculina ———

Herculina is the best of the best.  Installation, data, speeds, and support remains the same as Aurora, but now your contention ratio is down to only 5:1.  Your speeds are unlikely to be affected significantly by anyone.  As an added bonus, you’re also offered dedicated IP addresses and free inter-office data up to 10GB per month. There’s a reason this plan is called Herculina; it’s best for all the big businesses with many users doing different things on the connection at once.]]>
