We engineered and built digital connectivity systems to serve the daily 40,000 capacity of this three day festival in Liverpool’s stunning Sefton Park.

From a technical point of view, we delivered 40Gbps of internet using 8x Fixed Wireless Access point to point links, 2 x 20Gbps Fibre leased lines and dual layer 2 satellite for extra resilience.

Our network powered hundreds of credit card machines, backend audio/visual systems, ticketing systems for Ticketmaster, production department, WiFi, drones, CCTV, radio systems, concession stands and much more.

Our Baltic bullet-proof system enjoyed multiple resilient routes in and out of the park, protected by 12 hour battery backup (UPS) and connected back to our various exchanges around the Liverpool City Region which are then connected to the Liverpool, London and Manchester internet exchanges in a resilience triangle.

What an amazing atmosphere it was, from working backstage with the crew, hearing great stories from the artists, to enjoying the music out the front, our experienced team delivered another fab production in our wonderful city of Liverpool.

Only a few weeks back, the team completed another large event with 20,000 people, on Liverpool’s waterfront.
