Wireless Broadband (FWA) offers equal upload and download speeds and is available throughout the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Halton, Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral).

Ideal for any size business, Baltic’s Wireless Broadband (FWA) also offers guaranteed speeds coupled with a 4-hour-to-fix service level agreement, we’ll also monitor your connection 24hrs a day, prioritise your credit card machines and your most visited websites.

Included within all packages is a high grade WiFi router that can provide Private WiFi for the business and a Guest WiFi function for your visitors.

Business Broadband packages, like all ISP’s, are shared with other customers (sometimes referred to as “contented”) and is delivered using a small wireless outdoor dish (about the size of a dinner plate) attached to your property.

As per our mission to wipe out the industry dinosaurs (who provide poor speeds and service), we’ve affectionally named these packages after the asteroids that wipes them out!

Fibre to the premises (FTTP) offers a fast download speed with a reduced upload speed and is now available in over 550 exchanges across the UK.

Ideal for small businesses and homeworkers, Baltic’s FTTP service also offers guaranteed speeds coupled with a 7-hour-to-fix service level agreement, we’ll also monitor your connection 24hrs a day, prioritise your credit card machines and your most visited websites.

Pre-enabled buildings are partnerships with landlords/management companies who want to pre-enable Baltic Broadband in their buildings for their tenants so they can offer same day switch-on, allowing them to simply plug in and switch on within minutes.

Some customers require public IPv4 addressing for their routers and application servers.  Addresses are available in blocks as below and can be added/removed at any time on a monthly rolling contract.  Please note that we only charge for IPv4 addressing, IPv6 is free of charge for our customers.

All prices are plus VAT and are billed monthly in advance. All static IP addresses must have an associated connectivity package. IP addresses are not transferable between providers.
