Baltic Provides Liverpool Pride Event with Free WI-FI

Liverpool Pride Festival 2017, attended by 60,000 people. Matt our CEO Said “Not many providers have the large capacity and large mesh of access points throughout the city, plus the large backhaul network that we have invested in, allows us to quickly turn on and turn off WI-FI hotspots for major events within the Liverpool Region.” The solution was provided using our existing WI-FI access points dotted across the city, with a number of additional ones installed directly in the centre of the festival, giving visitors Ultra-Fast access for free, which helped them with uploading photos, videos and even live Twitter streams of the Pride March and concert areas.]]>
