Layer 2 Venue Connection

Layer 2 acts as a long network cable that can connect to another supported venue. It does not provide internet, just an open network connection. Please provide the venue name that you wish to connect to here.

How you are Connecting?

We offer a few ways for you to connect, either by using a wired into our box located stage right, or WiFi in the dressing room areas, or both. It is highly advisable to use Wired In Only.

Please choose the port that you will be plugging into.

Preferred WiFi Name

(e.g, the name/title of your production like “The Batman Private” or your company name, it’s your choice, 32 characters max)

Preferred WiFi Password

(8–10 characters that your crew will remember, the longer it is, the more secure it will be, for example “GothamCity” or better still “GothamCity1635”). Please remember it has to be 8 characters minimum as our service won’t work with anything less!

Do you Require a Second WiFi for Guests?

You can have a second WiFi name for guests or non-production staff that is a separate network for security reasons for example “The Batman Guest”
