*All prices are subject to VAT. Installation fee’s are subject to survey and are based on a regular installation criteria. Setup time is subject to timely access and presence of internal cabling structure. Static IP addresses are defined as a single IP address. IPv4 addresses are charged at £10 per month for a single address or £25 per month per block of 8 addresses (/29) with IPv6 Addresses free of charge (has to be linked with an IPv4). Free Inter-office data is limited to 100GB per month per customer. Like all Broadband services, customers share a pool of either 150Mpbs, or 350Mbps or 1Gbps (subject to package) upload and download which is shared (contended) with other customers, as result, final speeds can be lower and exact speeds will be confirmed upon site survey. Prices are based on payment by direct debit or credit card monthly in advance, if these payment methods are not used, package price increases by 50%.
