Home to over thirty creative, design, digital & media companies, Jordan Street Studios offer modern serviced studio offices & co-worker spaces in the heart of Liverpool’s creative district: the Baltic Triangle.
Established in 2014, the building has a range of studios : from single desk licenses to large 500 sqft dedicated offices. All customers have unlimited access to the 10 person meeting room with 4K monitor and projector facilities.
The building is one of the few remaining Victorian brick buildings in the former Jordan Street estate. The building was damaged by fire in 2008 but has now been transformed into modern studio spaces with large windows, integrated shutters, exposed brickwork and grand floor-to-ceiling heights.
12 Jordan Street Studios was nominated for an RIBA Architecture Award in 2015 and two RICS Awards for Best Commercial and Regeneration Development in 2016.
Our strategic partnership with Next Big Thing Developments has enabled this building with not only world-class 1 Gbps Internet but with high grade, low latency connectivity for tenants taking space within the building.
