Another office building is enabled today by Baltic Broadband, with 10Gbps of internet available for all of its tenants.
It was built as Melbourne House in 1854 by Sir James A Picton, an architect who was responsible for many important buildings in Liverpool. Other notable works include the Hargreaves Building in Chapel Street and the Queen Insurance Buildings in Dale Street.
In addition to ridiculously fast internet, we’ve also enabled the building with our LCR Play network (free digital games network) and our LoRaWAN internet of things network.
Thanks to our pre-installed service, tenants can now get Broadband switched on the same day they move in, giving Melbourne House a great commercial advantage.
