You hold a valid UK driving licence.
You like helping people. You get a kick out of getting people to those ahha! moments. You are patient, level-headed and cool under pressure. Teaching someone something new makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
You think on your feet. You like learning new things and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.
You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you’re comfortable communicating in writing using our trouble-ticketing systems and on the phone as well as having excellent documentation skills
You have Commercial awareness, deliver high quality work with little supervision and thrive on providing outstanding customer service and a positive support experience
You are motivated and driven and can work independently. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.
You can sell “Sand to the Arabs” but you listen 90% more than you talk. We think successful sales people are great listeners, they qualify the customers needs with empathy and care and get to know their customers well, making the sale a progression rather than a close
You allow customers to buy rather than pressure selling. We believe that good sales people we do not sell but merely give customers many reasons to buy. There are no magic closes etc.
You have good experience of using social media to gain attention and sales for a business and can write blogs and articles to influence customers buying decisions.
You love meeting and interacting with people much more than you love our products. Although we love what we do, many customers just want good reliable internet and often won’t always share the same enthusiasm for building cool Internet instructure as we do, but at the same time, they want a long term relationship with a company who will keep their business on-line.
You are genuinely interested in meeting people from all walks of life and can adapt to soften all personalities from an initial greeting.
Ideally, you’ll already be a Sales and Marketing Director with 2+ years’ experience
