Broadband is a shared internet service which is typical of Business Broadband. Each package has been competitively priced to suit various budgets and are shared with other business customers according to the “contention ratio” shown.
These packages are ideal for smaller businesses with less demanding applications, however our Dedicated Internet packages for larger businesses are shown further down this page.

Setup time is subject to timely access and presence of internal cabling structure. Static IP addresses are defined as a single IP address. IPv4 addresses are charged at £10 per month for a single address or £25 per month per block of 8 addresses (/29) with IPv6 Addresses free of charge (has to be linked with an IPv4). Free Inter-office data is limited to 100GB per month per customer. Like all Broadband services, customers share a pool of either 150Mpbs, or 350Mbps or 1Gbps (subject to package) upload and download which is shared (contended) with other customers, as result, final speeds can be lower and exact speeds will be confirmed upon site survey. Prices are based on payment by direct debit or credit card monthly in advance, if these payment methods are not used, package price increases by 50%. All prices are plus VAT and are correct as of 13/10/2018.
Our Dedicated Internet packages gives customers a dedicated speed 100% of the time and are not shared with anyone else. As result these packages are priced much higher, however they also come with a range of additional benefits such as a 4 hour Service Level Agreement, 24hr support and Static IP addresses.
